Penshurst Place Estate owns a variety of residential and commercial properties to let.

From 1 bedroom to 6+ bedroom residential houses, located in and around Penshurst village, many were designed or renovations overseen, by the architect George Devey in the 19th century.

There are currently no residential properties available to let.

The Estate also owns the Enterprise Centre business units in Penshurst village, located off the B2176 and just 10 minutes from the A21 Tonbridge South junction, 7 miles to Tunbridge Wells and 12 miles from M25 Junction 5 Sevenoaks. It has unit spaces ranging from approximately 100ft² to 750ft².
